Bio: Tobie was born in California and moved to Michigan when she was 8. She's back in Los Angeles for school, though, hoping to attend one of the California State Universities to study illustration. She has been cosplaying seriously since 2007, as well as participating in the Artists' Alley at conventions when she can.
